Crossing Borders Language Center (CBLC) is located at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center in Katy, TX. The tranquility of the equestrian center creates a perfect environment for learning new languages and enjoying your experience.
Only experienced, native speaking teachers are selected to teach language classes at Crossing Borders and class sizes are small to give every student an exceptional, high achievement, learning experience. Our students learn better grammar, more vocabulary, speak more clearly, and learn faster than students from any of the “big box” language programs.

COVID Policy
With the latest news regarding COVID 19 further evolving, we share with you how our School is responding and playing our part to limit the spread of the virus Our students, staff and teachers are the priority and we will continue to do our part keep everyone safe Your safety is our top priority Please be safe.
What we do:
- All Students, teachers and staff will be required to wear a mask!
- All students will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering the school and as needed.
- Unfortunately, we will not be allowing any guests.
- Our staff will clean door handles, tables, and desks that are able to be sanitized between all classes
- Hybrid classes: we are limiting our in
person class sizes to 9 students (first come first serve) and accommodating
additional students to join us online. - We will suspend use of the community water dispenser and ask all students to bring their own water bottles as needed
- We are asking all staff and teachers to not come to work if they are showing cold/flu like symptoms
What you can do:
- Do not come to school if you are showing cold/flu symptoms
- If a family member has been exposed or showing symptoms, we ask that you do not come to school.
- Do not touch your face. Keep your hands sanitized
- Always use face masks or face covering

The mission of intensive English as a Second Language (ESL) program at Crossing Borders Language Center (CBLC), Katy is to provide a unique humanistic approach to diverse students who wish to improve their English language skills. With our intensive programs, students will develop grammatical accuracy, fluency, listening and writing skills. GROUP CLASSES
Learning a second language is more fun in a group! Our group language classes offer a great environment to learn foreign languages. With interactive exercises, group language classes allow each student the most time to practice their new language with others.
Each class is designed to increase language acquisition with real-life conversational language skills for practical vocabulary and culturally appropriate responses for every day scenarios.
Our multi-level program allows you to progress through the program at their own pace while building on vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills.
